Privacy at Astra
Astra only collects information when it is needed to operate our programmes, applications, partnerships or website. We aim to handle that information responsibly, use it only for its intended purpose, and avoid collecting more than we need.

Forms and external services
Astra may use external services such as Google Forms for Chapter applications or other operational forms. When a visitor follows an external form link, information submitted there may also be processed through that service according to its own privacy terms.
Website analytics
Astra collects basic, aggregated website usage information through Vercel Analytics, which may include:
- pages visited;

This helps us understand how our website is used and ensure it remains dependable and easy to access.

Astra may photograph or document programme activities where the appropriate permissions and consent requirements have been addressed. Programme media may be used to document Astra’s work and communicate verified impact.
How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or where it is needed for legitimate organisational, safeguarding, reporting or record-keeping purposes.

Children and safeguarding
Astra’s programmes involve children and young people, so safeguarding, consent and responsible information handling are treated as part of programme delivery. Information relating to participants should only be collected where it is needed for safe and responsible programme operation.
